NJ Common Core Standards

New Jerseyans interested in the education of children in the 21st century are invited to review and comment on the draft "Common Core Standards," released yesterday by the National Governor's Association
(NGA) and the Council of Chief State School Administrators (CCSSO), Education Commissioner Lucille E. Davy announced today.

Verizon's Access NJ Video Portal

Reminder from Sue Sullivan, Division of Educational Standards and Programs, Office of Educational Technology, NJ State Department of Education --

Verizon’s Access NJ Video Portal is open and available for educational use through the end of this fiscal year. Users of the portal should check into the AccessNJ site as they’ve added new tool. They have a license for Elluminate use as well as Vydeo. Great tools free for educational use.
